The VB450 is a portable vibration meter consisting of an acceleration sensor and a digital measurement display circuit. It can be used to measure vibration displacement, speed (or intensity) and acceleration of mechanical equipment. Equipment such as fans, pumps, compressors, motors, etc. can be tested. The Extech VB450 is a convenient compact sized Vibration Meter that measures vibration levels in industrial machinery. Misalignment, poor balancing, structural compromises, and other factors can cause unwanted vibration increases. VB450 features a wide 10Hz to 1500Hz frequency range and provides Displacement, Velocity, and Acceleration measurement.

Measures Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement plus RPM and Linear Surface Speed

The 461880 Vibration functions have a frequency sensitivity that meets ISO-2954, and measure Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement. A 1000 point datalogger allows recording of data for download to a pc with included software. The Tachometer functions provide contact RPM and Linear Surface Speed, as well as non-contact RPM measurements.

Vibration meter and laser tachometer has a unique large LCD with characters on display that reverse direction depending on the mode; contact, photo or vibration. The included Windows ® 95/98/NT/2000/XP compatible software (included) allows captured readings to be downloaded to your PC for further analysis.

The Extech 461880 vibration meter features a remote vibration sensor with magnetic adapter on a 39″(1m) cable and has a wide frequency range of 10Hz to 1kHz. The meter has an RMS and Peak Value measurement modes and manual / auto store/recall up to 1000 readings. The data hold function freezes the reading in the display. The Extech SDL800 Vibration Meter displays and stores vibration readings of Acceleration, Velocity and Displacement. Supported measurement units are meters/s2 , ft/s2 , g, mm/s, cm/s, in/s, mm and inch. Logged data readings are stored on an SD card for transfer to a PC. Basic settings at a glance

To view the current configuration of the meter with regard to time, date, and datalogging sampling rate press the SET button momentarily. The meter will now display the configuration in quick succession. If the information is missed on the first try, simply press the SET button again until all of the information is noted.
