										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>HT Italia HA000951 Line Splitter</h3>
<p>The HT Italia Line Splitter separates the Active (Line) from the neutral and ground wires on a standard 240VAC outlet allowing current measurements to be made with a current clamp. Without the Line Splitter, the current clamp measures the load current going in both directions, effectively cancelling the measurement.</p>
<p>The HT Line Splitter has a standard measurement section and a x10 multiplier section for use with higher ranged clamp meters.</p>
<p>The HT Italia HA000951 Line Splitter can also be used to make voltage checks safely with standard multimeter probes.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>HT9020 Clamp Meter</b> with Powers/Harmonics and Inrush Currents carries out measurements of Active, Reactive and Apparent Power and Energy, voltage and current harmonic analysis up to the 25th order with THD% calculation, in single-phase or three-phase balanced systems. It also tests phase sequence and phase conformity by 1-lead measuring method as well as detects any event related to electric motor starting currents (DYNAMIC INRUSH).  DYNAMIC INRUSH™ permits to measure inrush currents with user-defined time frames, providing measurements more reliable than standard fixed time-frame testers. The user has the chance to recall and display the measurement by applying different time frames. For example, if the user carries out a measurement using a time frame of 100 ms, he can post-process the same measurement by applying a time frame of: 16,7, 20, 50, 100, 150, or 200 ms. This grants the utmost flexibility for each measurement, and prevents to measure again and again to get the real inrush current value.</p>

<p>Initial checks This instrument was checked both mechanically and electrically prior to shipment. All possible cares and precautions were taken to let you receive the instrument under perfect conditions. Notwithstanding we suggest you to check it rapidly (any damage may have occurred during transport – if so please contact the local distributor from whom you bought the item). Make sure that all standard accessories mentioned in § 12.2 are included. Should you have to return back the instrument for any reason please follow the instructions mentioned in § 13</p>
<p><strong>HT Italia HT7003 Service</strong></p>
<p>Should the instrument not work properly, make sure that battery is correctly installed and working and replace if necessary before contacting your distributor. Should you need for any reason to return back the instrument for repair or replacement take prior agreements with the local distributor from whom you bought it. Do not forget to enclose a report describing the reasons for returning (detected fault). Use only original packaging. <p>The instrument has been designed in compliance with directive IEC/EN61010-1 relevant to electronic measuring instruments. For your safety and in order to prevent damaging the instrument, please carefully follow the procedures described in this manual and read all notes preceded by the symbol with the utmost attention. Before and after carrying out the measurements, carefully observe the following instructions:  Do not carry out any voltage or current measurement in humid environments.  Do not carry out any measurements in case gas, explosive materials or flammables are present, or in dusty environments.  Avoid any contact with the circuit being measured if no measurements are being carried out.  Avoid any contact with exposed metal parts, with unused measuring probes, circuits, etc.  Do not carry out any measurement in case you find anomalies in the instrument such as deformation, breaks, substance leaks, absence of display on the screen, etc.  Pay special attention when measuring voltages higher than 20V, since a risk of electrical shock exists.</p>

<p>HT Italia HT100 is a professional CAT IV clamp meter with an inbuilt automatic detection function for AC True RMS current measurements of up to 200A. The model have an “open jaw” design, a large LCD display (9999 counts), a “Voltsense” voltage detection feature and a backlight to make it possible to see regardless of dim or bright lighting. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The HT Italia XL421 can perform measurements and recording of True-Rms AC current up to 2500 amps in a single phase system. Applications include evaluation of load consumption, verification of nominal power of transformer, etc. The instrument is contained in a safety IP65 case with built-in flexible clamp which is easily connected to a variety of cable and bus-bar sizes. The system can record for a very long time, up to around a year. With DATALINK Windows software supplied with the model, the recorded data is easily downloaded to a PC for analysis<span class="TXTSTANDARD">.</span></p>

<p>Take extreme care for the following conditions while measuring with the HT Italia HT9014: • Do not measure voltage or current in humid or wet environment. • Do not use the meter in presence of explosive gas (material), combustible gas (material), steam or dust. • Insulate yourself from the object to be tested. • Do not touch exposed metal (conductive) parts such as test lead ends, sockets, fixing objects, circuits, etc. • If you detect anomalies of testing end (metal part) and attachment of the meter such as breakages, deformations, foreign substances, no display, etc., do not take any measurement. • Measuring voltage over 20V as it might cause human body electricity conduction.</p>
