<p>The KEP OLT-100A Oil Tester is an 100kV breakdown tester used for testing dielectric liquids. It works automatically according to selected standards which are preloaded into the instrument.</p>
<p>Testing of transformer oil and analysis of obtained data can provide the operator with necessary information about any existing or possible faults. If you make such tests periodical – it even can even show trends – and you don’t have to pull down the equipment from its running condition which in the end saves you time and money.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The KEP OLT-100A Oil Dielectric Breakdown Tester allows accurate and repeatable results of measured breakdown voltage. Fast high-voltage switch off time makes it possible to carry out test of dielectric liquids, which are easily destroyed under such influences.</p>
<p>The internal design of KEP OLT-100A Oil Dielectric Breakdown Tester combined with a use of automatic high voltage breakers, cutting off supplied voltage if tester’s lid has been opened during the test, provide operator with high level of safety.</p>
<p>The KEP OLT-100A Oil Tester comes fully equipped and are ready for operation immediately after unpacking. It comes supplied with a test vessel (IEC 60156 – basic configuration) with VDE 0370 mushroom-shape electrodes. A gap between electrodes is easily regulated with a use of pass-no pass gauge, which comes in pack.</p>
<p>The KEP OLT-100A Oil Dielectric Breakdown Tester provides a fully automatic test procedure according to selected standard (basically IEC 60156 and GOST 6581 settings are preloaded). It has a built-in printer which is able to print a test report after procedure is done. Test results are saved into non-volatile memory of the KEP OLT-100A Oil Tester. A PC-connectivity makes it easy to collect data from the OLT-100A, save and store them as well as print a fulfilled report. Test voltage is being measured directly on electrodes. This fact combined with a true sine voltage shape (independent from supply voltage shape), increases repeatability and accuracy of measurements.</p>
<p>Test vessel for this KEP OLT-100A Oil Tester is supplied with a magnetic stirrer, which stirs a liquid between measurements.</p>

<p>The KEP HVT-70/50 Portable AC DC Hipot Tester tests the insulation of high voltage cables and other non-liquid dielectric materials with this bundle pack from KEP Power Systems!</p>
<p>The KEP HVT-70/50 Portable AC DC Hipot Tester comes with the ability to perform testing both automatically or manually. In automatic mode, the system will control and adjust the unit using a built-in context menu which the user can navigate through. Alternatively, specific tests can be configured to the user&#8217;s specifications and up to eight preset functions can be stored for easy repeat testing in different applications.</p>
<p>The system includes both a control unit and a high voltage unit, allowing the user to apply specific configurations to the material under test. By using the control panel, the user can easily easily configure and test RMS values of both AC voltage and current and filters out the effects of crest factor to reduce the chance of error.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>As the control unit is independent from the main system, the user can remain safe at all times by standing a safe distance away. Built-in auxiliary protection also automatically blocks output from the HV unit if insulating gas pressure is low, temperature is high and will block supply voltage if there is overcurrent present in the HVU supply circuit.</p>
