Points to Remember:

• Insure that all gauges and Instruments to be callbrated are dis· connected from process pressures prior to connecting
  the pump. The maximum pump design pressure for both the MP·P and MP·V Is 150 pslg.
• Connection to a pressure source greater than 150 pslg could cause serious Injury to person or damage to the pump.
• The fittings and tubing on both the MP·P and MP·V are unique. To reattach tubing to any fittin& heat the tubing end
  with a heat gun or boiling water to soften the material. Then put the tubing onto the fitting with a twisting motion.
• For best results, operate either pump with the vernier turned the mid position.

Points to Remember:

• Insure all gauges and instruments to be calibrated are discon­nected from process pressures before connecting the
  pump. Do not exceed 600 psi (41 bar) as this is the MVP6OO’s maximum pressure.
• The MVP-600 has ‘l/8″ and ‘l/4″ BSP ports. In order to use NPT fittings, the required NPT to BSP parallel thread
  adapters need to be Installed (Adapters are Included)
• Do not use thread sealant paste or tape on the male adapters {Female adapters may be sealed with paste or tape).
  Bonded washers (Included) are required to Insure a proper seal. To seal the adapters, simply hand-tighten and snug
  up with a wrench. Do not over-tighten.
• The MVP-600 utilizes a Schrader valve instead of a needled valve. Thus full open or closed is several turns from the end of the travel. Over-tightening does not increase the seal.
