The MAGNUM PRO MVP-600 produces pneumatic pressure and vacuum to check calibration of gauges, switches, transmitters, and recorders. The contoured cushioned handles provide extra comfort while preventing the pump from sliding. The over-sized check valve provides smooth operation throughout the output range while the dual o-rings on all pistons ensure zero leakage. Patented Mash proof vent valve comes standard on all MVP-600s (No Needle Valve) and a non-oil based lubricant is used on all moving parts.

Points to Remember:

Insure all gauges and instruments to be calibrated are disconnected from process pressures before connecting the
pump. Do not exceed 600 psi (41 bar) as this is the MVP6OO’s maximum pressure.

The MVP-600 has ‘l/8″ and ‘l/4″ BSP ports. In order to use NPT fittings, the required NPT to BSP parallel thread
adapters need to be Installed (Adapters are Included)

Do not use thread sealant paste or tape on the male adapters {Female adapters may be sealed with paste or tape).
Bonded washers (Included) are required to Insure a proper seal. To seal the adapters, simply hand-tighten and snug
up with a wrench. Do not over-tighten.

The MVP-600 utilizes a Schrader valve instead of a needled valve. Thus full open or closed is several turns from the end of the travel. Over-tightening does not increase the seal.

Precision source for calibrating process devices and measuring DC process signals

Extech 412300A allows you to measure and source current readings simultaneously whivh can be beneficial to a many people who regularly complete jobs involving measuring current. The Extech 412300A Current Calibrator/Meter is an oyster flip device made easier to use by its ability to be stood up on a bench or workspace.

For added ease of use coupled with the oyster flip case of this measuring current device, it also comes with a detachable strap that can be hung around your neck leaving you completely hands free to undertake other tasks at the same time.

Extech 412300A has also been programmed with five preset calibration values for fast calibration calculations in the field for efficient working.

The memory feature provides the user with five (5) user programmable source values for stepped calibration outputs. The feature is available for mA and % units in the SOURCE mode. The stored values are kept in non-volatile memory (memory that is retained even after power is removed from the calibrator).

Source from the stored memory values: 1. Select the Source mode as described earlier 2. Press the MEM button. The M1 icon (memory location 1) will appear in the display and the value stored in that location will be displayed and sourced. 3. Repeated pressing of the MEM button will step through the 5 memory locations. NOTE: The “SOURCE” icon will blink when the output value has not reached a stable level. The common cause for the “SOURCE” icon to remain blinking is that the load impedance is too high in the current mode.

Storing values into memory: 1. As described above, select and display a memory location (M1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) 2. Use the ▲ ▼buttons to adjust the display to the desired source value. 3. Press and hold the MEM button for > 2 seconds. The displayed value will be stored in the displayed memory location. Default memory values. Five common source values are permanently programmed in memory as the default values. These values can be replaced by user selected values.

To reset the meter to the default memory values: 1. Turn the meter on and select the SOURCE mode. 2. Press and hold the POWER button until appears in the display and then release the POWER button. The memory locations will revert to the default values. Default Memory Values M1 M2 M3 M4 M5 are 4mA, 8mA, 12mA, 16mA, 20mA (0% 25% 50% 75% 100%).

The full-range Extech MM570A digital multimeter measures voltage, current, frequency, capacitance, resistance, and temperature (using its Type K wire bead probe) with high resolution readings down to 1μV, 0.01 μA 0.0001 Hz, 0.01 Ω, and 0.1 degrees. The frequency measurement mode is expanded with dual-range sensitivity for line (to 200 kHz) and logic (to 2 MHz) levels. Users can perform dBm measurements with 20 preset impedances. Duty cycle, continuity, diode testing are also included. It is hard to beat the MM570A’s 0.02 percent basic DCV accuracy. For benchtop testing and field troubleshooting of precision electronic components, the meter provides superior measurement confidence. The backlit 6-digit display provides 50,000 count readings and an astounding 500,000 counts for DCV and frequency measurements. A useful segmented bar graph simulates analog testing and quick “needle-swing” tests. For convenience, the meter recalls the last function used when powered up. You can expand the versatility of the MultiMaster with optional Windows-compatible PC communication software and optically isolated cable to transfer, manage and analyze readings on your computer.

True RMS & Enhanced Diagnostics

Part of the Extech’s precision is its True RMS functionality. It can be very difficult to make accurate current and voltage readings in industrial and commercial applications when electronic devices are present. Fluorescent lights, motor drives, computer power supplies, and other electronic systems can distort the AC waveform, making it hard for averaging meters to get an accurate read. True RMS uses a more advanced formula to compensate for this kind of distortion. In addition to its high performing, 100 kHz ACV bandwidth that paints a more detailed picture of measurements, the MM570A offers a wide array of frequently used functions: maximum/minimum recording with autoranging, Auto Power off; Relative and Hold; and a robust Peak function that captures transient pulses. And, having two Type K thermocouple inputs make differential temperature (delta-T) calculations easier for R&D testing such as intake vs. exhaust component cooling tests or industrial and HVAC applications like superheat and sub-cooling measurements.

Other Features

Plant mechanics and electrical troubleshooters can be confident the meter is backed by a CAT IV-600V & CAT III-1000V overvoltage safety rating, protecting users even on devices connected to raw voltage distribution lines.
