The large display also helps you to evaluate the results in graphic form. Stored programs guide you through the measurement and enable the automatic determination of numerous important system parameters such as superheat, pressure drop test or evacuation.</p>
<p>Thanks to the testo 552i Bluetooth vacuum probe included in the kit, the testo 557, as the the first manifold ever, makes wireless vacuum measurement possible. Bluetooth probes for temperature, pressure and humidity can be easily connected directly to the instrument and offer maximum flexibility in their application.</p>
<p>In conjunction with the testo Smart App, you can take care of digital documentation directly on site. In addition to this, you always have the current refrigerants available to you, and can set your favourites and transfer them to the instrument. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Testo 557 is a digital manifold for maintenance and service work on refrigeration systems and heat pumps. The function of the testo 557 is designed to replace analog manifolds, thermometers and pressure/temperature charts. Pressures and temperatures can be applied, adapted, tested and monitored. Testo 557 is compatible with most non-corrosive refrigerants, water and glycol. Testo 557 is not compatible with refrigerants containing ammonia. The instruments must not be used in explosive environments!</p>
<h3>State-of-the-art technology, really easy work: the digital manifold kit in detail</h3>
<p>The testo 557 4-way manifold was developed to lighten your workload, to organize your working time more efficiently and to deliver more accurate measurement results – as well as to offer your customers services that are even more reliable. See all the advantages at a glance:</p>
<ul>
<li>Quick, precise measurement of high and low pressure: two temperature-compensated pressure sensors make this possible and automatically calculate the theoretical evaporation and condensation temperature</li>
<li>Simultaneous calculation of superheating and subcooling possible: do away with manual calculations, which are time-consuming and where errors often creep in</li>
<li>Including 4 filling tubes, each 1.5 m long: 3 tubes (blue, red, yellow) with 7/16‘‘ UNF (straight and 45° angle), 55/275 bar, 1 tube (yellow) with 5/8‘‘ UNF, 40/205 bar (straight and 45° angle), suitable for all refrigerants</li>
<li>Precise external Pirani gauge for vacuum measurement: you get a high-precision Pirani gauge with the digital manifold, enabling you to carry out accurate vacuum measurement and making it easier to evacuate refrigeration systems and heat pumps</li>
<li>Two clamp temperature probes included in the scope of delivery: clamp them to the pipes to reliably measure the surface temperature</li>
<li>No need to switch over refrigerant hoses: switching is superfluous thanks to automatic heat pump mode</li>
<li>Can be used for 60 current refrigerants: 60 refrigerants are stored in the manifold, which you can update if necessary via the smartphone/tablet App and adapt to suit your requirements</li>

<p>Other key functions of the 4-way manifold are temperature-compensated leakage testing and automatic ambient pressure compensation.</p>
<h3>Manifold with practical App: connect the measuring instrument to your smartphone/tablet!</h3>
<p>You can download the appropriate App for the testo 557 digital manifold onto your smartphone or tablet. The App will make your work easier thanks to its wide range of smart functions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Remote monitoring of the measurement: you don&#8217;t need to stay right next to the manifold during the measurement, instead you can monitor the measurement from a distance via your smartphone/tablet; coverage of up to 20 m with no obstructions (at least)</li>
<li>Measurement data display on your smartphone/tablet: your smartphone/tablet displays the readings for you while the measurement is ongoing – really helpful when you are making system settings at the same time</li>
<li>Practical documentation functions: save your measurement results (in pdf or csv format) and send them directly by e-mail if required. Where applicable, the photos that you took at the measuring location can be appropriately inserted into the documentation using the App</li>
<li>Refrigerant update: to ensure that the refrigerants in your digital manifold always remain up to date, you can use the App to carry out a refrigerant update</li>
</ul>
<p>The App can be used with both Android and iOS systems. After installing the App, manifold and smartphone/tablet can be connected to each other via Bluetooth.</p>
