Taking a Video When the instrument is in Video mode, hold the Video record button for three seconds to begin recording video. You will see a flashing video symbol at the top/left of the display. Remaining memory will be displayed at the bottom/left. To end the recording, press the Video record button. The video will be saved automatically.

Extech BR250 Video Display on a PC Several methods are available to playback or to copy video files on a PC. When connected, the files will become available as new drives on the PC. 1. SD card adaptor: Insert the SD card into the SD adaptor and then insert the adaptor into the PC SD slot (if available) 2. USB adaptor: Insert the SD card into a USB adaptor and plug into a USB port. 3. USB cable. Connect the USB cable from the camera to the PC.

REED R8100 Operating Instructions

Press the Power Button to turn the instrument on. The screen will display the start-up screen indicating that it has turned on. To turn the instrument off press the power button again.

LED Brightness Adjustment

Press the LED Brightness Button to adjust the brightness of the LED. Press and hold the LED Brightness Button to fast adjust it up and down.

Zoom

Press the Zoom Button to zoom in 2X. Press the button again to zoom back to 1X.

Display Rotation

Press the Rotation Button to rotate the image on the display by 180°. Press the button again to return the image back 180°.

Battery Indicator

The Battery Indicator on this instrument changes colour to help indicate the battery status. When the indicator turns red the batteries will need to be replaced soon. When the batteries are about to die the indicator will flash 5 times and the instrument will turn off.
