Measurement functions
- Universal 4mm sockets for connection to a 1- or 3-phase installation tester using test leads (banana plugs)
- Separate phase display with three LEDs for easy voltage checking
- Proximity Pilot (PP) rotary switch for simulating different current carrying capacities of charging cables
- Control Pilot (CP) rotary switch for simulating the electrical vehicle status A, B, C D
- Rotary switch error to simulate a short circuit between CP and PE (state E = error)
- Simulation of PE fault (ground fault)
- Connection for the CP signal output to check communication between the adapter (= simulated electric vehicle) and the charging station
- Type 2 plug for connection to the charging station even with a permanently connected charging cable
- Vehicle simulation (CP): The various vehicle states A to D can be simulated using a rotary switch (according to IEC 61851)
- Cable simulation (PP): The various codings for charging cables with 13, 20, 32 and 63 A as well as “no cable connected” can be simulated using a rotary switch
- Error simulation: Simulation of a short circuit between CP and PE using a rotary switch (state E = error)
- Display of phase voltages via LEDs
- Testing of e-charging stations even with a permanent
- connected charging cable
- For vehicle simulation (CP):
According to IEC 61851, the states A, B, C, D and E can be simulated. The various vehicle states are set using the rotary switch.
